Skinvisible, Inc. (OTCBB:SKVI) and Alto Pharmaceuticals (www.altopharma.com), a dermatology-focused company based in Toronto, announced today they have entered into a license agreement for DermSafe(R),  Under the terms of the agreement, Alto will pay Skinvisible an upfront license fee for the exclusive manufacturing and the commercial / professional use marketing rights for DermSafe in Canada. Skinvisible will also receive a royalty from product sales.
